Furniture in the photo is from the previous tenant. If needed, the room can be furnished for you with a table, chair, clothes rail, and shelves (a bed is under discussion).

* Quiet green area

* 5 min walk to M Petřiny (green line); trams 1, 2; buses 191, 108, etc.

* It's 25 min to the city center by metro/tram

* Grocery stores, cafés, pharmacies within 3–10 min walk

* Small hallway with coat hangers

* Combined bathroom with big bathtub — warm in cold months.

* Kitchen: capacious cabinets, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

* Basement: private storage (sklep), bike space & drying room

* Top 4th floor without elevator, but normal floor height, not like in old buildings with high ceilings

* WiFi not connected, but possible

Just me and my teenage daughter (we are in the other room, separated from the kitchen and way to the kitchen by furniture divider). We are polite girls who like to keep home cozy and clean and always open to communication to be sure that everyone feels comfortable :)
