We’re offering a nice mostly furnished apartment 2+kk (56 m2) for rent. It’s situated a minute’s walk from the river, five minutes’ walk from two tram stops and ten minutes’ walk or one stop by tram to the subway station Nádraží Holešovice.

The house has good thick walls so that it doesn’t get hot inside in summer, and the heating costs in winter are favorable. The apartment has its own boiler for heating. The windows (modern double plastic) look into the quiet street U Parního mlýna, and it’s also possible to use the house’s skylight for ventilation.

Upon coming in, you enter a small anteroom with a cupboard and a shoe cabinet. On the left side is the toilet. Next is the kitchen with an older electric stove, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and a dining table for three (with the possibility of enlarging it). The remaining two rooms are furnished as a bedroom with a library, and a spacious living room with a large set of cabinets and the entrance into the bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. Apart from the furniture and appliances, the flat also contains a basic set of dishes.

The flat is located on the second floor without an elevator. It’s suitable for single people as well as couples, alternately also flatmates or a small family (but you need to pass through the bedroom on the way to the bathroom or kitchen, respectively).

There are many cafés and restaurants, including a microbrewery, in the vicinity. The nearest supermarket is about two minutes’ walk (Billa in the Jankovcova street). Alza and the market, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, are also quite near. The area is suitable for walks or jogging by the river. Stromovka is just two tram stops away. Finally, within then minutes’ walk, there are four pre-schools (two state, two private), three schools and a playground.
